Jonas Povilionis advises clients in the fields of M&A, corporate advisory and transactions and contract law. Jonas has advised in numerous banking, finance and real estate transactions and restructuring procedures. He has extensive experience in supporting local and international clients (large companies, investment funds, banks) in some of the most complex transactions in the market. Prior to joining SPC legal, Jonas worked at one of the leading law firms in Lithuania.
