Jonas Povilionis Bio

Jonas is a member of the corporate and transactions team, specialising in issues related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate advisory and transactions and contract law, shareholder disputes, banking, financial, real estate and restructuring procedures. He leads the Corporate sub-group. Jonas’ strength lies in his ability to work with various clients and to find the most appropriate and effective solutions to the issues they are facing, and thus to provide comfort in situations that are often not comfortable. He obtained a Master’s degree in Law at Vilnius University. His clients include: BaltCap, ModusGroup, AMG Property, Capital City Group, Gatas, Scandbook, Ekornes, Festo, and many others. Public activities: Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Magnus Credit Union.
