Volker Land is partner at Noerr for M&A, Corporate, ECM and PE. He advises investors, companies, banks and government entities in public and private M&A and Private Equity transactions as well as corporate and capital markets law. In particular, he has extensive experience advising on cross-border transactions. His sector expertise covers in particular financial institutions, TMT and trade & logistics. Prior to joining Noerr Volker was a partner at a leading international law firm in Hamburg. He also worked for several years in the Cologne, Frankfurt and Paris offices of another leading international law firm. Furthermore, he worked for several years at the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg.
