Thorsten Reinhard client base comprises multinational groups, financial sponsors and family-owned businesses. He frequently advises on cross-border transactions. His main focus is on mergers and acquisitions, in particular in distressed/restructuring set-ups, and private equity. As a corporate lawyer, Thorsten has special expertise in complex reorganisations such as cross-border mergers and the formation of European Companies (SEs). He was appointed as a notary in 2014.
