Julian Lemor Bio

Julian Lemor is an expert in M&A and especially Private Equity transactions and has been advising German as well as foreign financial investors, family-owned companies and family offices in these fields for 25 years. He also has extensive experience with complex cross-border transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. In addition, he was appointed in 2011 as civil law notary with offices in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Before joining Noerr he consecutively headed the Corporate Departments of two international law firms in Germany for 16 years.
