Jorg Menzer Bio

Jorg Menzer, head of our Bucharest office, specialises in M&A transactions and concentrates on structuring major foreign investments and business expansion projects in Romania. Jörg has extensive experience in coordinating acquisitions and greenfield investments, based on his knowledge of the business and legal environment in Romania and his excellent networks in the region. In addition, Jörg has worked on many restructuring projects, private equity investments and capital measures as well as for public listed companies.
