Eckhart has provided corporate law advice on numerous private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions, led accompanying due dili-gence processes and advised in many venture capital transactions and financing rounds. He has also advised in numerous VC transactions and VC financing rounds, acting for target companies or for investors. Eckhart has advised comprehensively international and national clients on the establishment of Joint Ventures and all related matters. Eckhart also provides German and foreign companies, credit institutions and borrowers with comprehensive advice in the areas of debt financing, project financing and acquisition financing and all related legal aspects. He has many years of experience in the area of structured finance, including the financing of intangible assets, and has provided extensive legal advice in the area of film financing and film production.
