Christian Pleister is a partner in Noerr's Berlin and Frankfurt office and co-head of the Corporate department and the Private Equity practice group. He is an expert for complex transactions, private equity investments and restructuring. He regularly advises on cross-border transactions, especially in the fields of technology, media, telecommunications, financial services and energy.
