Shinji Dohi is a Partner of Nishimura & Asahi and is a member the firm’s corporate practice group. He has been involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, tender offers, management buy-outs, takeover defenses, corporate reorganization, insider trading issues, corporate governance issues and corporate litigation. In addition, he has written a range of articles on corporate law topics.
