Bio

Azusa Nakashima handles Chinese investments in Japanese companies, M&A, general corporate law, labor law and international transactions in China. She is involved in many acquisitions and joint ventures in China with Japanese companies as clients, as well as M&A transactions of Chinese affiliates due to the restructuring of Japanese companies. She graduated from Waseda University (LL.B.) and was admitted to the bar in 2002. From 2002 to 2005, she received language and practical training in Beijing, China. She joined Nishimura & Asahi in 2010, and, since 2013, she has been working as the Chief representative of Beijing Representative Office.
