Prior to setting up NIRRIS in 2005, she spent seven years working at a major German law firm, where she managed a team of lawyers focusing on Real Estate. Following an academic placement in London, Jana also worked as a paralegal at Herbert Smith, a leading British law firm. Jana is responsible for the business development, management and marketing of NIRRIS. In her managerial role, Jana is the crucial driving force behind the digitalisation of processes in our law firm. She has recently become an ambassador for the PINYA HR company, which specialises in the development of software aimed at improving the effectiveness of HR processes. Jana has significant experience representing foreigner investors in Real Estate, especially regarding the construction and financing of public and private developments, such as shopping malls, retail parks and industrial plants. In the TOP 100 Women in Czech-Slovak Legal Business, Jana was included in the categories of “Significant Leading Partner”, “TOP Partner” and “ALL-STAR Lawyer”.
