Charles D. Niehaus brings over 37 years of experience representing corporate and business clients across diverse areas such as securities, venture capital, corporate, banking, international law, and renewable energy. Chuck graduated from the University of Toledo Law School (J.D., 1986) and Lawrence Technological University (B.S., Civil Engineering, 1982). He is an active member of the Toledo Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association. Currently, Chuck serves on the Board of Directors of a publicly held bank holding company and its subsidiary bank, and he is actively involved in several charitable boards.
