Thomas Brönnimann’s practice focuses on capital markets and private and public M&A transactions, with a particular focus on listed entities and other large enterprises. Thomas also advises listed companies on corporate law and governance matters and on securities regulations. Other areas of work include financings through the credit spectrum. Thomas has extensive experience in large corporate/M&A and capital markets transactions. He represents issuers and investment banks in IPOs, rights offerings, convertible bonds, PIPE transactions, block trades and other capital market transactions, and advises listed companies on corporate law and governance matters and securities regulations. Thomas’ M&A practice includes both public tender offers and private transactions for strategic and financial buyers and sellers. Thomas represents clients before the Swiss Takeover Board. Other areas of work include financings through the credit spectrum.
