Philipp Candreia Bio

Philipp Candreia specialises in M&A transactions with a focus on regulated markets, in particular financial services and digital infrastructure. Philipp also specialises in banking regulatory licensing and compliance matters, as well as internal and regulatory investigations and enforcement matters. He is a lecturer for Financial Criminal Law at the LL.M. Program of the University of Zurich. He advises clients on large shareholding disclosure obligations under Swiss stock exchange regulations, and represents clients before FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority in connection with applications for, and changes to, licenses for FINMA regulated activities.
