Philipp Candreia specialises in M&A transactions with a focus on regulated markets, in particular financial services and telecom. Philipp also specialises in banking regulatory licensing and compliance matters, as well as internal and regulatory investigations and enforcement matters. He advises clients on large shareholding disclosure obligations under Swiss stock exchange regulations, and represents clients before FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority in connection with applications for, and changes to, licenses for FINMA regulated activities.
