mr. Hans Alberts has been working as a lawyer since 1987. He therefore has extensive (procedural) experience in the legal profession. Hans specializes in corporate and insolvency law, with a specific focus on the banking sector. In addition to advising companies in the field of corporate law and conducting legal proceedings, Hans is involved in restructuring and acquisition practice. In addition, Hans is regularly appointed as trustee and administrator in bankruptcies and suspensions of payment. Hans is one of the partners of NeXT lawyers. He is registered in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Netherlands Bar Association in the areas of law: Insolvency law and Corporate law
