Jonathan Fingeret is a proactive, results-oriented attorney with extensive experience in both law firm and in-house settings. For over 25 years, he has represented private and public companies and investors on a wide variety of business transactions and matters, including mergers and acquisitions, complex contract negotiations, capital raises, entity formations, management restructurings, and securities disclosure and Jon acts as outside general counsel to multiple businesses, providing day-to-day advice and service on a range of legal issues and strategic transactions.
