Simone De Carli is the head of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity department. He specialises in Corporate & Commercial Law and deals with mergers, acquisitions and disposals, and in general with extraordinary operations related to the company life cycle, in all their phases. He also deals with the planning and management of generational transitions. Simone works for Italian or multinational industrial clients, for families of entrepreneurs and for Private Equity funds, he also assists them on the ordinary aspects of the business, such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, property law and management of the relations between members.
