Romain Sabatier Bio

Romain Sabatier is a partner with NautaDutilh and a member of the firm's Corporate team and Benelux Restructuring & Insolvency team. He provides corporate, securities and insolvency advice on financial restructuring matters, typically for hedge funds, private equity firms and financial institutions. His practice also includes traditional M&A work, usually involving medium-sized private companies. Romain has extensive litigation experience before both the trial and appellate courts and handles domestic and cross-border disputes in the areas of commercial, corporate and insolvency law. Romain has an impressive track record in enforcement proceedings, with a particular focus on security interest enforcements, director’s liability, complex shareholder disputes and matters involving acquisition and financing agreements.
