Paul Van der Bijl specialises in ECM transactions, public M&A (including de-SPACs), corporate governance of listed companies, anti-takeover defences and other complex cross-border transactions. He is the market leader in the Netherlands for Dutch companies seeking a listing or a capital raise in the U.S., having been involved in over two-thirds of all recent IPOs/listings/de-SPACs of Dutch companies in the U.S. and representing a majority of all Dutch companies with only a U.S. listing as a trusted advisor.
