Olaf Baks Bio

Olaf Baks is a corporate lawyer in our Corporate M&A Department with a focus on Benelux and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs and corporate finance transactions. Olaf acts for Dutch and international private equity sponsors, founders, management teams, family-owned companies and other corporate clients. He also advises clients on management incentive plans, W&I insurance as well corporate governance matters.
