Jules Van De Winckel is a partner in the corporate law practice group. Jules specialises in corporate law and related notarial law. His practice focuses on private equity transactions (including management and employee participations), (cross-border) corporate restructurings (including cross-border mergers, demergers and conversions), M&A transactions (both public and private), joint venture structures, setting up (international) acquisition structures, as well as day-to-day counseling of public and private companies on a wide range of (corporate governance) matters.
