Joris Willems Bio

Joris Willems is head of the Technology Group. His focus is on digital transformation, including cutting-edge technologies and big data, sourcing cloud and procurement, cybersecurity and commercial contracts. He often acts as a trusted advisor at boardroom level for (international) Technology, Media and financial services companies. Joris has extensive experience in complex multi-jurisdictional transactions and has previously worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai and London. He interacted with many different (business) cultures and quickly adapts to new cultures and their specific way of doing business.
