Joost Den Engelsman is a partner in NautaDutilh's corporate/M&A team, and co-chair of the firm's private equity team. Joost has more than 20 years of experience in M&A focusing on Benelux and international mergers and acquisitions. He acts for Dutch and international private equity sponsors. In addition, Joost regularly acts for corporates, founders and family-owned companies. Joost has a particular proficiency in leading auction sale processes.
