Axel Maeterlinck Bio

Axel Maeterlinck has over 20 years' expertise in advising listed and unlisted companies and their shareholders on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also assists clients with corporate governance issues. Axel works in a wide variety of sectors, including life sciences, biotech, fintech and pharmaceuticals. Axel is a research associate at the Economic Law Unit of the ULB Centre for Private Law. He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Institute of Directors (GUBERNA).
