Mor Kadosh Bio

Mor Kadosh, a partner in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, specializes in corporate law and governance, hi-tech law, commercial law, and securities law. She regularly assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital financing, public offerings, and other commercial transactions. Mor joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2013 as a paralegal after graduating from the firm’s summer excellence program. Following her internship, she accepted an associate position with the firm in 2016. From 2021 to 2022, Mor worked as a foreign associate in the M&A and Capital Markets groups at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. During her legal studies, Mor received the “The Seminar Project” award for excellence in legal writing, sponsored by the Tel-Aviv University Law Review.
