Anat Igner Bio

Anat Igner is a partner in the Corporate Group. Anat represents a wide range of companies in corporate and commercial transactions, venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the tech sector. Anat works closely with founders of tech companies in both the early-stage and growth phases and supports them in all stages including, incorporation, fundraising, and strategic transactions. In addition, Anat represents a variety of venture capital funds in their investments in Israeli tech companies. Anat is also actively involved with accelerator programs like 8200 for Startups by EISP and Impact, where she provides personalized guidance and advice on a wide range of legal matters. From 2008 to 2009, Anat worked as a foreign associate at Davis Polk, New York, where she specialized in M&A transactions. Anat's expertise has been consistently recognized by prestigious domestic and international legal ranking guides, including Chambers Global (Band-ranked) and Legal 500 EMEA (Leading Individual).
