Shai Dill practice focuses on emerging technology companies and their investors, corporate law, crowdfunding, and technology transactions. He regularly provides general corporate advice to domestic and international private and public companies in a variety of corporate matters. He also works closely with leading high-tech companies at all stages of growth. Shai has significant experience counseling multinational clients in connection with their operations in Israel as well as representing Israeli companies in cross-border transactions, including in the US and Europe. Shai’s extensive client roster includes companies operating in a range of areas, such as cyber security, crowdfunding, peer to peer lending, software, internet, healthcare, telecom, testing solutions, storage, retail, and others. Shai also advises on Israel-specific aspects of privacy and data protection to a number of multinational companies. In 2007, Shai worked as a visiting international attorney at Morrison Foerster.
