Shachar Hananel is a partner in the firm's Tel-Aviv office, where he specializes in Capital Markets, focusing on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financial institutions, and private equity. Shachar has extensive hands-on experience in representing and advising international and domestic companies, mainly public debt and equity raising in the domestic (TASE) capital markets on matters of securities, corporate law, TASE IPO’s and advising TASE-listed companies. Shachar has been with Naschitz Brandes Amir since his internship in 2011.
