Hila Bass is a partner at Naschitz Brandes Amir, specializing in real estate and commercial law. Ms. Bass joined the firm in 2023, prior to which she was a senior partner and head of the real estate department at Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. (SKR), which merged with Naschitz Brandes Amir in the same year. Ms. Bass has broad experience in providing legal counsel throughout all stages of real estate projects, including residential projects and yield-bearing properties. Her expertise spans from land purchases to legal counsel for entrepreneurs, contractors, and other professionals during the execution and construction phases, tenders and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, buyer and tenant contracts, and registration of property rights. Additionally, Ms. Bass represents both buyers and sellers in various real estate transactions. Ms. Bass specializes in real estate transactions within the Kibbutz and Moshav sectors. Her services cater to unique commercial and residential projects in these areas, which include the development and expansion of Kibbutz residential complexes, as well as the construction of logistics centers, office buildings, and factories on land owned by Kibbutzim and Moshavim. Furthermore, Ms. Bass offers legal representation to tenants and apartment owners throughout the entire duration of urban renewal projects, including those involving TAMA38 and Pinui-Binui. This encompasses assistance with the initial organizational stage, selection of contractors, preparation of engagement agreements, and ongoing support and guidance to apartment owners throughout the project's progression. Ms. Bass also served as a lecturer in urban renewal for law students (LL.B) at the College of Management between 2008 and 2020.
