Avishai Eliash concentrates his practice on advising clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and international transactions. He also represents technology companies and start-ups in a variety of commercial transactions and ongoing matters throughout their life cycle, from inception to maturity and exit. Additionally, Mr. Eliash has extensive experience and expertise with infrastructure, project finance, and energy projects and has represented Israeli and international clients in connection with the development, acquisition, and financing of energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Eliash worked at another leading Israeli law firm and before that, he was an associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Earlier in his career, Mr. Eliash clerked at the Israeli Supreme Court (Justice Shlomo Levin).
