Alon Fogel, a partner in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, focuses his practice on the fields of labor law, renewable energy, and commercial transactions. He provides clients with day-to-day comprehensive legal advice and handles litigation of labor disputes. Alon also advises employers, from various sectors, ranging from tech to traditional industry, service companies, and cooperative associations (Kibbutzim), on all aspects of labor law, employment relationships, employee rights, employment agreements, and service provider agreements. In addition, Alon has considerable experience in handling a wide variety of renewable energy projects and agreements, including photovoltaic power projects, agro-PV projects, and energy storage facilities projects. In addition, Alon provides legal counsel on a wide variety of commercial activities to several commercial entities, including one of the leading international advertising agencies in Israel. Prior to joining Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2022, Alon was a partner in Lamay Sider Rahat Tsiddon Fink, Advocates & Notaries.
