Jon Esner leads Napthens’ commercial team. He is an experienced commercial and compliance lawyer and senior leader in industry, and has spent many years managing the legal needs of well-known businesses. His experience includes drafting commercial agreements of all kinds, including IT procurement; outsourcing agreements, cross-border arrangements and agency terms; providing compliance and regulatory advice; Intellectual Property management and e-commerce.
