Kayo Takigawa is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, especially international and domestic M&A transactions. She graduated with an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1995, and with an LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2002. She worked at the legal department of GE Consumer Finance at General Electric Capital Corporation from 2002 to 2003.
