Ichsan Montang Bio

Ichsan Montang is a partner at IM & Partners, NO&T’s associate office in Jakarta and in our Singapore office. He graduated from the University of Indonesia with Cum Laude predicate and obtained his LL.M degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He joined NO&T Singapore office in 2017 and after working at one of the most prominent law firms in Indonesia. In 2023, he set up IM & Partners to enhance our legal service for clients in the Indonesian market. He is experienced in assisting both domestic and international clients, and his practice focuses on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, technology, data protection, and real estate business. He was selected as Indonesia future legal leader by Asia Business Law Journal.
