Yuichi Miyashita is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. Mr. Miyashita handles a wide variety of capital market transactions, including IPOs, equity and debt primary/secondary follow-on offerings, third-party allotments, block trades and transactions of class shares, warrants and convertible bonds, in both domestic and international markets, utilizing his experience at equity capital market division of a major investment bank. Mr. Miyashita has also been advising on corporate disclosure, including those relating ESGs and SDGs, financial regulations/compliance, M&A transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
