Bio

Shu Sasaki is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on financial regulations/compliance, corporate governance and M&As for financial institutions and fund transactions. He has also been advising on a wide variety of corporate legal matters. He is a graduate of Waseda University (LL.B., 2005), Chuo Law School (J.D., 2007) and Duke University School of Law (LL.M., 2015). He worked for the Financial Services Agency (2013-2014) and for a private financial institution (2015-2016).
