Satoshi Moriguchi became a partner in 2005 and has since led our China Practice Group. In addition to his Asia-related practice, he has extensive experience in banking transactions, especially syndicated loans. Mr. Moriguchi’s practice also focuses on a broad variety of matters including advising on domestic corporate matters and cross border transactions as well as dispute resolution. Ranked No.3 at the Foreign Law category of the “Corporate Legal Affairs and Lawyer Survey (the Best Performing Lawyers 2011)” by Nikkei Inc. Adjunct professor (Crossborder Arbitration & ADR Workshop) at Sophia Law School; Vice Chair of the Japan IPBA Asia Comparative Law Study Group; Deputy Secretary General of the Japan-China Lawyers Interaction Association; Vice Chair of the Publicity Committee of the Japan Chapter of the Asian Society of International Law.
