Mayuko Tsujimoto is a corporate and M&A lawyer working at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu NY LLP. Ms. Tsujimoto has extensive experience advising clients on M&A, general corporate matters and employment law issues in Japan and the U.S. She has represented both Japanese and foreign clients in various cross-border transactions. Ms. Tsujimoto received an LL.B. from Kyoto University in 2008 and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2016.
