Masaki Mizukoshi is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on a wide range of domestic and cross border M&A related transactions, including private equity investment and acquisition finance. He has extensive experience in various types of commercial transactions, minority investments, and joint venture transactions in the technology field as well as global data compliance and cybersecurity-related matters involving Europe, the U.S. and Asia. He also represents clients in corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
