He mainly handles with corporate law, organisation of family assets, succession plans and generational transitions, family pacts, commercial law, banking law, financial markets law, IPO, industrial, competition, antitrust, independent administrative authorities, labor law (public and private employment) and administrative law, both as a lawyer and as arbitrator appointed by the parties or by the competent authority, and as an independent expert. As a lawyer has assisted and assists, even before courts, many public entities (i.e. Regioni, Comuni, enti camerali, ASL, etc.). He gave its assistance to several Amministrazioni Aggiudicatrici for the purpose of carrying out public procurement procedures by drawing up the contracts to be subscribed at the end of a tender procedure. He is secretary of listed companies. He carried out the legal practice at the Avvocatura dello Stato of Torino, in 1982. He founded the Musumeci Altara e Associati law firm in 2005, now named Musumeci, Altara, Desana e Associati law firm.
