Tyler Hilton has represented buyers and sellers in a large number of public and private M&A transactions. He has also represented companies and investors in dozens of equity financing transactions at all stages of growth. In addition, Mr. Hilton advises clients on corporate governance issues, commercial transactions and private fund secondary transactions. In his pro bono work, Mr. Hilton represents immigrants seeking benefits under the U visa program administered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and in asylum proceedings. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and served as executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. During law school, Mr. Hilton interned for the Insurance and Financial Services Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. He graduated with a B.A. in Spanish Translation and Linguistics, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University.
