Sarah Forster Bio

An experienced corporate lawyer, Sarah advises on a range of corporate transactions and specialises in public company deals, including IPOs and takeovers. Sarah was named ‘Corporate Lawyer of the Year’ at Insider Media’s Dealmaker Awards 2021. She leads multi-disciplinary teams advising on M&A transactions and is a trusted adviser to some of the region’s most well known public and private companies. She advised Kitwave Group on its IPO and she acts for Fairstone Group on its acquisitions of IFA businesses. Sarah also regularly advises the firm’s listed clients on corporate governance and compliance with regulatory requirements and provides advice and training to directors on their legal duties.
