Mike Spetch Bio

Mike is an experienced corporate partner, advising the firm’s biggest regional, national and international clients, across a range of sectors, on a broad spectrum of M&A and private equity transactions. He is particularly noted for his expertise in corporate structures and group reorganisation. He works with businesses and entrepreneurs, national private equity providers and multi-national corporate groups across a variety of sectors. Mike recently advised the Aramis group on its ongoing equity arrangements following its acquisition of the Motor Point group. His clients include Seudzucker AG, LDC (Managers) Limited, Sandman Hotel group and the Banks Group.
