Anthony has a reputation as one of the region’s experienced corporate advisors. Before becoming managing partner of Muckle in 2025, he headed up the corporate finance team for a number of years. Anthony advises on all aspects of corporate finance, leading multi-disciplinary teams on M&A transactions, private equity transactions and public sector investment projects. He is a trusted advisor to a number of the region’s most significant public and private companies. His recent work includes advising Kitwave Group plc on its acquisition of the established foodservice supplier, M.J. Baker Foodservice Limited and advising the Iamproperty group on its acquisition of Vision Teknology UK Limited. Anthony has previously advised on a range of transactions and investments including advising The University of Newcastle upon Tyne on its investment and infrastructure partnership with Legal & General and Newcastle City Council which created the £350m Helix redevelopment project.
