Nader Ghosheh advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions of all types of real property assets, including purchases, sales, financings and multistate transactions. He helps individuals and companies establish real estate ownership structures, and regularly drafts partnership and shareholder arrangements and agreements relating to multifaceted joint ventures. He has significant experience in the preparation and review of closing, escrow and title documents, advises lessors and lessees on commercial leases, reviews and negotiates contract terms, and helps resolve easement, boundary and landlord/tenant disputes. In addition to his focus on real estate matters, Nader has experience delivering a broad range of business and corporate advice, from the formation of new business entities to the structuring of complex international transactions.
