I’m part of the Finance and Corporate team at Mourant Ozannes (Jersey) LLP. I advise global corporate and financial institutions on a wide range of transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, schemes of arrangement, IPOs (including SPACs), listings on The International Stock Exchange, corporate restructuring and joint ventures. My practice also includes advising on banking transactions, investment grade and high-yield bonds, structured finance and general offshore structuring work. I joined Mourant Ozannes in Jersey in 2008 and became a Partner of Mourant Ozannes LP (now Mourant LP) in February 2015. Prior to this, I worked in the Corporate team at PwC Legal in London.
