I am the Managing Partner of Mourant Ozannes (Hong Kong) LLP and the regional Managing Partner for Mourant Ozannes in Asia. I am also the Practice Leader of our Corporate and Investment Funds team in Asia. I regularly advise on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, joint ventures and the restructuring of companies and structures. These will often be private equity-related transactions. I have been ranked as a leading individual for offshore law in Asia by Chambers and Partners since 2008 and the Legal 500 since 2015. I have been named as a Global Elite Lawyer in ALM and Law.com's 2023 Private Client Global Elite Directory and am listed in China Business Law Journal's The A-list elite 100 lawyers 2023 edition. I have been with Mourant Ozannes since 1999.
