I’m a Partner of Mourant Ozannes (Jersey) LLP in our Jersey office, having joined Mourant Ozannes in 2007. I specialise in banking, corporate, commercial, structured finance and investment funds. My practice has focused on structured and project finance, corporate acquisitions, mergers, investments funds and private equity. I practised in London before moving to Jersey in 1998.
