Eric Gyllenborg is a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney and provides a broad range of legal services. His practice is focused on general corporate, commercial lending, private securities offerings, private equity, venture capital, finance, employment, and medical and technology transfer matters. Eric advises clients on a wide array of transactions including choice of entity formation, entrepreneurial start-ups, commercial lending, capital raising, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, business and intellectual property issues, leases, joint venture agreements, asset sales, dissolution, counseling of family-owned enterprises and providing outside general corporate counsel to businesses in a broad base of industries.
