As Co-Chair of the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) Practice, Nick Foreste has over a decade of experience and is nationally ranked in advising high-growth technology companies and tech-focused private equity, growth capital, and venture capital firms on various corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and financing rounds. Nick specializes in supporting technology companies throughout their corporate life cycles from early stage and angel funding to growth equity financings, bolt-on acquisitions and exits. He has closed hundreds of financing and both buy and sell side M&A transactions in his career. Nick leverages his entrepreneurial background, having co-founded a technology start-up, to provide strategic and practical guidance to his clients across the technology landscape. Nick represents early stage and emerging technology companies in a wide range of sectors, including SaaS, Fintech, technology, cryptocurrency, healthcare and media. Nick also has extensive experience representing funds acquiring manufacturing and industrial businesses. Nick is actively involved in the technology community, currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Venture Atlanta Conference and previously serving as an Advisor to the Atlanta Tech Village, a Board member of the Atlanta Technology Angels and a guest presenter at universities and conferences.
